Before hook SD Connect C4 diagnostic system up to diagnose, users have to install WIFI card and battery.
One of the SD Connect C4 users came across the error message: “batteries cannot be charged” after install the battery into the SD Connect multiplexer.
Solution: Please ensure you have put 6 pcs 1.2V AAA recharge battery well
If you have put the recharge battery well and still face the problem, dismantle the SD Connect C4 main unit and check the cable inside to see if they are well connected.
If not been connected well, weld the cable manually. The battery problem is settled.
